TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE


In ordering and purchasing new or pre-owned goods from Tutti Audio you agree to our Terms and Conditions as described here. Please take time to read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

Ordering
Upon order acceptance you acknowledge the obligation to pay the appropriate deposit or full balance payment as invoiced by Tutti Audio.

Goods will not be posted or delivered until full payment has been received.

Placing an order is legally binding. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see “Cancellation and Returns” below.


Goods supplied by us are invoiced and payable in Pounds Sterling only.

Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver the goods within the time advised and agreed upon order placement, which will also be confirmed on the invoice. In the event of any delays we undertake to keep you informed and updated via email and/or telephone call.

Cancellation and Returns

Distance Selling

In the event that a purchase has been made remotely without first seeing the goods at first hand, such as via our website for example, we will happily accept the return of your purchase and provide a refund on the following understanding:

1) Tutti Audio is notified within 24 hours of receipt via email or telephone.

2) The goods are returned within 8 days from the date of receipt via a recorded delivery or tracked service.

3) The cost of the return delivery charge is to be paid by the customer.

4) The goods must be returned complete with all accessory/ancillary items and instruction documentation etc. in its original packaging.

5) The goods are returned in identical condition as they arrived to the address below.

6) A 10% testing and re-stocking fee will be deducted from the value of the goods unwanted.

Should the goods arrive faulty or damaged we’ll happily repair or replace them for you free of charge or give you a refund if you desire.
 
Standard Purchases

Should a purchase made direct, for example; through a shop, exhibition, show or personal demonstration etc. arrive faulty or damaged we will be happy to repair or replace it for you without charge or issue a refund on the following understanding:

1) Tutti Audio is notified within 24 hours of receipt via email or telephone.

2) The goods are returned within 14 days from the date of receipt via a recorded delivery or tracked service.

3) The cost of the return delivery charge is to be paid by the customer.

4) The goods must be returned complete with all accessory/ancillary items and instruction documentation etc. in its original packaging.

5) The goods are returned safely in identical condition as they arrived.
